About Us

PC WORLD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS CYBERLINK SYSTEMS), an IT Organization started functioning at Palakkad from 1st November 1999. Registered office of the Firm is at Grace Avenue, Thanav, Pudupariyaram, Palakkad-678 733.

As desired by M/s Zenith Computers Limited., Mumbai, we have opened an exclusive COMPUTER SHOWROOM "ZENITH PC WORLD" at college road, Palakkad, during February, 2002. This showroom is functioning well and all products of zenith are available here. We are the only 'Zenith Exclusive Dealers' in Palakkad District.

As many of our Customers preferred to have other brands of PCs and Laptops, in College road, adjacent to Cyberlink Systems, we opened another multi-branded Show Room "PC WORLD" during Aug 2006. In this Show Room Products of Sony, HP, Samsung, Lenovo, Toshiba, Compaq, Wipro, Dell, and Acer are available. We are registered Business Partners of LENOVA, DELL, SONY and ACER. V-Guard, I Ball and Intex UPS are readily available. All computer accessories are stocked. Printers of HP, Samsung, Epson, Canon etc are also readily available.

Manpower

Managerial, Technical, Skilled and Unskilled manpower as required are available. A young energetic team is always available for Marketing, Installation and Services.

Customer Care

We consider satisfaction of our valuable Customers as an asset and therefore we give maximum importance and priority to prompt and efficient service. For the purpose, we have an exclusive Customer Care Centre by the name "Smart It Solutions" at Thanav, Palakkad to cover the needs of our Customers. Here we have qualified and experienced Service Engineer and Technicians. We undertake AMCs of Institutions and Individuals. We have also undertaken services in Bank of Baroda, Federal Bank, Uco Bank and many officers of almost all banks.
